This project was a full refurbishment with new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. With major changes to the front façade. Sandstone feature wall and exposed structural steel giving the home a modern look.

| The stair case and flooring is Black butt. The
Balustrade was custom made with black butt handrail and glass
inserts between powder coated steel posts. |

The front entry door is custom made in western red cedar. |
