| This architecturally designed home is a double
brick/concrete slab construction. The home features a texture coating
finish, with black porcelain tiles, black powder coated balustrades and
aluminum windows and doors. |

| The main bathroom has a large spa with a feature wall of mosaic tiles, together with a frameless glass shower screen and modern style vanities. | |

| The kitchen includes cupboards that have a vinyl wrap
over routed (grooved) doors featuring laminated glass panels. The bench
tops are Almond Rocca “Caesar Stone”. The kitchen also features
stainless steel appliances and kick-boards. |

| These are solid timber doors with a frame work feature
with a clear satin finish.
|
|
| These stairs were hand cut and made on site with select
rose gum timber which matches the timber flooring throughout the house.
The stairs feature black powder coated balustrades with a timber hand
rail.
