This addition consisted of a double garage workshop/storage ground floor
and a bedroom and family room 1st floor.  Features include Terracotta tiles to balcony,
powder coated balustrade and french door opening to the family room.

 The garage was excavated under the existing house. The original cladding
was removed and replaced with blue board and texture coating
giving a rendered look.
 

 Indoor features include a family room with cypress pine floor to match existing
french doors that open up to front balcony, and timber and
granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
