  "An Amazing Transformation"

A parking spot was excavated out of the front yard.
New additions include federation trim, posts, brick fence and pathway.
 

The existing rear rooms (kitchen, bathroom, laundry and dining room) were demolished.
This project consisted of adding a new kitchen, dining room, family bathroom,
laundry, bedroom and attic area. Features include the timber feature post with
federation trim, terra cotta tiles with inlay border and pattern insert
and cedar sliding doors.

The kitchen cupboards are vacuum sealed antique white with
stone Italia bench tops. The floor is black butt select.

 

Restored claw foot bathtub, solid timber vanity,
traditional toilet and tiling.
