  Features include a Tassie Oak kitchen with timber rolled edge bench tops,
cypress pine flooring and a solid maple staircase.

The upper floor addition and existing house were cement rendered and given a
texture coating (Granosite). New additions include black powder coated
balustrade and Terracotta tiles to balconies
