Strathfield South
Aven Constructions has designed and built a second storey addition which added 3 bedroom a bathroom, ensuite and family room


 

Bardwell Park
This single level home will receive a 1st floor addition consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large balcony at the rear plus a major renovation throughout the existing property.

Clovelly
Both Families in this old duplex required more bedrooms. Aven Constructions has designed a second storey addition which will add extra bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The design of the new addition will compliment the character of existing house.

Cremorne
A brand new 2 storey designer home was constructed on the property.

 

Castle Cove
This project was a full refurbish with new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. There is a new covered out door entertaining area. Major changes to the front façade giving the home a modern look.

Denistone
This project was a ground floor addition and renovation and will include a new kitchen, family room, laundry, verandah and garage.

West Hoxton
The brief on this project was to design and build a large undercover outdoor entertaining area with a built-in bbq. The new area had to match the existing house which was only 18 months old. Design and construction by AVEN.

Hunters Hill
The small existing bathroom was demolished. AVEN created a large open bathroom with porcelain wall and floor tiles, frameless shower screens and a custom made vanity. The existing attic ensuite and robe was demolished to create a large walk in robe and a large open ensuite.

Concord West
This project is a first floor addition which consists of 3 bedrooms, a large family/lounge room and large main bathroom. Design and construct by Aven.

Belfield
This architecturally designed home is a double brick/concrete slab construction. The home features a texture coating finish, with black porcelain tiles, black powder coated balustrades and aluminum windows and doors.
